New Paintings Release

Over the summer I visited my grandad in Invercargill and went for a drive along the coast and through the Catlins. I love the beaches at the bottom of the south island; they're cold and not somewhere I've ever been tempted to go swimming, but they're so windblown, rocky, and interesting, which creates some beautiful and dynamic landscapes.

The little bays and rocky coastlines really captivated me. I became really interested in the beauty of the vast landscapes, with only small touches of human life.

The other half of this release focus's on the beautiful west-coast Piha. I love visiting this beach; like the southland beaches above, its holds a wild beauty but in a completely different way.
