Refund Policy

We want you to love what arrives. Here's how returns and refunds work at Raewyn Pope Studio.

Art Prints If your print arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit. We ask that prints are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Original Paintings Originals can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Please get in touch first so we can arrange the return. You can choose a full refund or store credit.

Commissions Commissions are custom works created in collaboration with you. A 50% deposit is required to begin, and this deposit is non-refundable. Once work has begun, no refunds can be issued. If you have questions before committing, please reach out.

The Painted Post The Painted Post is a subscription offering and is final sale. If something arrives damaged, please get in touch and we will make it right.

Final Sale Items Items purchased on sale, digital downloads, and custom or personalised orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Shipping If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Purchased Through a Stockist? If you purchased through one of our stockists, please contact them directly to arrange a return or refund.

A Note on Shipping We package every order with care, but once it leaves our hands it is in the care of the courier. We are not liable for damage or delays that occur in transit. If something does arrive in poor condition, please take photos and get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Getting in Touch Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@raewynpope.com. Please include your order number and a photo if there is damage. We aim to reply within 24-48 hours.
