Into the mountians

I absolutely love the mountains. I especially love looking at the enormity of the peaks around me while hiking; you get a real sense of just how huge they are,and how tiny we are in comparison.

I painted this pieces with that perspective in mind. I wanted to focus on the path being taken through the beautifully rugged landscape leading me forward to the looming mountains.
